Frequently Asked Questions

.

  • WHAT SHOULD I BE AWARE OF BEFORE MY SESSION?

A summary including items to be aware of regarding your session will be provided to you requiring your signature as verification that you have read and understand what's contained in the paperwork.

It is essential that you understand that this work cannot be accepted as a replacement for any prescribed or necessary medical treatment, as it is best used as a complimentary treatment. In working with this method and in this type of work overall, I am not able to diagnose or medically treat any illness or condition.

  • CAN YOU WORK WITH MY PET (CAT, DOG, HORSE ...)

Yes, work can be done with animals as well.

In fact, one of my first clients was our dog, Shasta, when I was first "checking out" how this all works. Click HERE to read the story. It was pretty incredible and I found I could no longer question or deny that this works.

  • TELL ME MORE ABOUT ENERGY AND WHAT YOU DO ...

Quantum Physicists have scientifically proven that everything is energy, and, at a quantum level, all energy is connected. The breadth of energy patterns around us is vast, and our 5 traditional senses can only detect about o.o1% of that energy. Yet, we are capable of detecting so much more.

With your permission, I pray for you. I also use the Emotion Code, the Body Code and Applied Kinesiology, aka 'muscle testing' while talking with God asking for direction as I go, in determining the needs to help your body be freed from imbalances, trapped energies, etc.

  • WHAT KINDS OF ISSUES CAN THIS HELP TO ADDRESS?

The short answer: just about anything!  With God all things are possible and being that everything is energy, when our energetic body is imbalanced or unhealthy, dis-ease typically follows. These imbalances may manifest in emotional troubles such as depression, anxiety, or anger; physical troubles such as allergies, joint pain, headaches, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, etc.; chronic symptoms such as muscle pain, auto-immune disorders, insomnia, etc; or behavioral concerns such as anger management, addictions, procrastination, etc.  Those are some examples of areas that can be dealt with.

  • HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH DIRECTION TO GO AND WHAT SPECIFICALLY TO DEAL WITH IN A SESSION?

Sometimes there may be a particular issue that obviously needs to be addressed and worked with.

In many sessions, if there is not a particular obvious issue to be dealt with in that moment, I look for direction through prayer on what is priority ... which areas to deal with and in what order, as I believe God is the only One who sees the entire "big picture".

  • BUT ISN'T IT ALL JUST THE PLACEBO EFFECT AND NOT REAL?

    In short answer ... no!

However, I completely understand the skepticism, because I've been there myself.

Consider that just because you can't see something nor make complete sense of something in your own mind, does not mean it's not there or not real.

  • IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD DO AFTER THE SESSION?

Understand that your sleep patterns may change, leaving you possibly either sleepy or energized.

It's important to drink plenty of water and eat healthy, as much as able.

Some find journaling to be helpful, and is encouraged, to help as a way of keeping track of experiences that may occur following a session.

Please be sure to ask me if you have any questions regarding results that are shared with you after your session.

  • DO I NEED TO KNOW SPECIFICALLY WHAT I WANT TO HAVE WORKED WITH WHEN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

No. I have some generally stated questions/options available.

Most people have a number of concerns. It is helpful to look at the place where you may feel stuck in your life or where you keep running into the same problem over and over again. Even little aches and pains that may seem like nothing serious to you but seem to keep coming up are also good places to start.

We have a couple of options during the session ... if you'd prefer to work on a particular area, we can do that, or if there are several areas to choose from, we can see where we are directed and what is determined to be priority through prayer.

  • WHAT IS MUSCLE TESTING AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Muscle Testing is a process of communication using your body's signals to get answers to yes and no questions. It is based on the premise that your body will naturally have a strong reaction to a positive statement and a weak reaction to a negative statement.

There are many methods for muscle testing.

For more information on this process and to see demonstrations of how muscle testing works, I recommend going to the official site by clicking HERE.

  • WHAT IF I AM FEELING A BIT SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS PROCESS ... CAN IT STILL WORK FOR ME?

    Short answer ... Yes!

.

  • WHAT ARE TRAPPED EMOTIONS?

These are emotions at times of stress in our lives which we weren't fully able to process. When we can't (for whatever reason) process emotions, the energy of those emotions get trapped in our energy field. This can cause misalignments and other types of imbalances to occur.

  • CAN DOING THIS WORK CURE A MEDICAL CONDITION?

This process is not (to be labeled as nor claim to be) a cure for any medical issue. If you have a medical issue it is important to consult with your medical professional. This work is designed solely to locate and have you freed from imbalances. It has been my experience (along with the experience of others) that people do often get relief from physical symptoms through being freed of those imbalances.

Since symptoms are generally your body's signal that there are imbalances that one needs to be freed from, where we are able to locate the root causes of a symptom, it has been my experience (along with others experiences) that the symptoms will very often disappear. It has also been my experience (and the experience of others) that through this process people often get relief from pain when we are successful in finding the cause for the imbalance and releasing it, but please be advised that The Emotion Code and Body Code are not (labeled as nor claim to be) a cure for a medical issue.

  • WHAT THIS IS NOT ...

This is not for diagnosing anything, nor is it to cure any diagnosis. A diagnosis is simply a label for a collection of symptoms. Trapped energy and imbalances are commonly found to be at the root cause of symptoms. It's about being freed of energy that is getting in the way of your body functioning better or at its best.

This work is also not talk therapy nor counseling. The intent is to disempower any traumas or blocked energies that seem to be controlling your life in some way.

Rehashing the original event is both unnecessary and discouraged in this work. If counseling or talk therapy seems needed, I'm happy to help by attempting to refer you to a qualified professional.

  • HOW ARE YOUR SESSIONS DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS?

No two practitioners are alike. Every practitioner is unique and dealing with their own personal "rubble" as well.

I use the tools of the Emotion Code and the Body Code, along with, primarily, the power of prayer throughout my sessions.

I choose to do my sessions as distant sessions (with only the introductory session in person or over zoom) as I am in prayer throughout the session.

After each session I then send you the results.

  • WHAT IS A HEART WALL?

Our hearts generate very powerful electromagnetic fields that can extend six feet or more around our bodies when healthy.

The heart has also been called a "second brain". Your heart contains neurons and has its own memory. It's so powerful that heart transplant recipients have inherited memories and behavioral tendencies that belonged to the donor.

As we go through life and experience heartache or what feels like a heart break, our subconscious attempts to dull the pain by stacking trapped energies within the body around the heart. While helping in the short term, over time this energetic "wall" can become a big problem.

It can stifle your energetic connection with others; prevent you from giving and receiving love fully; sabotage your relationships; or keep you from reaching goals and/or pursuing dreams.

It can also manifest into physical issues such as pain in the neck, chest, back and shoulders; irregular blood pressure; heart arrhythmia; palpitations...etc

It's worth noting that various energetic barriers such as walls can be built around any organ or system in the body, and even around ideas.

  • ARE THERE SIDE EFFECTS?

Some report feeling "lighter" and/or uplifted or stand straighter/taller after a session.

It's estimated that about 20% may experience symptoms that might include emotional sensitivity, crying, difficulty sleeping, need for extra sleep, or vivid dreams.

Symptoms may subside right away or take a little bit of time following the session.

Others may not experience immediate change and may need multiple sessions to notice a difference.

Once a session is done, the body will take a little time to process as it adjusts to the new equilibrium... basically a healing period, which usually lasts about a day or two.

  • DO I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT PAST EXPERIENCES?

    No.

This is not to be considered a counseling session.

I only ask what's necessary and helpful to know (approximate age of occurrence, where in the body this is, to what degree impacted, etc), before you are freed, through prayer,  from whatever it may be.

  • I'VE HAD A LOT OF TRAUMA IN MY LIFE ... WILL I HAVE TO RE-LIVE IT?

    No!

It can be an emotional experience to a degree, but it's an experience that brings relief rather that causing new pain or rehashing old pain.

Many times you may not remember where the trapped energy/emotion may have come from, and that's ok.

  • WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE EMOTION CODE AND THE BODY CODE?

The Emotion Code is a tool used for helping to locate which emotions are "trapped" that may be contributing to symptoms and potential core causes. The root cause of many issues is a trapped emotion of some kind and the Emotion Code is the foundational basis for this work.

The Body Code goes a bit further by adding additional tools to help in finding other imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms and potential core causes, dealing with all aspects ... physical, emotional, negative "programming" from the "baggage" we've accumulated over the years, etc.

  • IS THIS PROCESS SIMILAR TO THERAPY?

The intent of this modality of work is dealing with the finding and freeing of imbalances. This can include old beliefs that are not healthy and trapped emotions,  among other things.

The purpose in bringing them to the surface is not to discuss them as in therapy but to have you freed from them.

Trapped emotions and other imbalances can be found and freed without having to talk about anything you feel uncomfortable discussing.

The work I do using the Body Code and the Emotion Code is not therapy and if you have mental health issues or concerns you are advised to consult with a mental health professional.

  • HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO DO THIS WORK WITHOUT BEING IN PERSON IN THE SAME ROOM?

I choose to use the power of prayer, when doing this work.

On the energetic side of things, in working with the energetic body we can tune into the energy field of someone who is in the same room or the energy field of someone on the other side of the planet because we are all made up of, and connected by, energy.

It works a bit like the world wide web. I can be in a Zoom meeting with people in other countries, seeing and talking with them as if we're in the same room while we are literally miles apart.

Energy works in very much the same way.

Think about it this way ... how many of us understand fully how the world wide web works? We don't have to understand the intricacies of it for it to work for us. The same is true for energy.

Prayer also can be done with and/or for anyone anywhere in this entire world, as it's God at work.

The man reached over, opened the cookies, took one out, and began to eat it. She thought, "What unmitigated gall & nerve that he would do that!" In response, she reached in, got one, ate it herself, & gave him a dirty look. (continued on next one...)

Victor Franki was a Jewish psychiatrist who was taken to one of the death camps in Nazi Germany. All of his family and friends were gassed and murdered. He writes in his book about one day when he stood in front of the Gestapo stark naked. They'd taken away the prisoners' clothes and even Franki's wedding ring. (continued on next one...)

Relates to Philippians 1:22-25

(... cont'd) As he stood there with nothing at all, he suddenly realized there was one thing the Nazis could not take away from him; his choice in how he would respond. You cannot totally control what other people do to you. You cannot control what other people around you say and do. But you can control how you respond. Better to choose to focus on our purpose instead of the problem.
