Hearing From Those Sharing
Personal and Professional References/Testimonials:
Nonetheless, I decided to give it a shot because I know Judy draws from her formal nursing training, while also engaging in daily disciplines to keep herself in a good place with wholistic health -- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This knowledge, along with knowing that she genuinely comes at this work in an open, big-hearted, loving way, makes me trust Judy first, and the specifics of the "energy work" process second.
In other words, I fundamentally, deeply trust Judy as a person, and therefore, trust her, specifically, with providing "energy work" services as one form of healing.
With this in mind, I have gained useful insights from her work, about how earlier experiences may be impacting my life now in ways that compromise my well-being. Taken altogether, I see the energy work as one pathway, of several interacting pathways, that I rely on in a regular way to enrich my health and overall wellbeing.
She goes the extra mile to help get to the root of your issues.
She is professional, patient, and really makes a difference.
I definitely recommend working with her.
Fast forward to a couple years ago, my mom said she learned of a course she was thinking about taking to become certified in muscle testing. I was super excited because I remember the positive experience from when I went as a kid.
I feel pretty darn lucky my mom is in the business of helping people through this work. I cannot even count the times I have called her with an issue, and after a session I have begun to feel better within hours, or even minutes. Usually the issues are head, back or stomach aches. Occasionally I ask her to check if I need to be freed of something to help improve my mood and/or emotions. I have noticed both physical and emotional challenges have improved with the work that's been done.
Just today as I write this, I woke up with a terrible headache in the back of my head. I let my mom know and she was on it! My headache was gone soon after. My need for pain relievers has become very minimal.
It is not only because Judy is my mom that I would recommend her help to others, but because I truly believe in the work she has done and the positive impact it has had on my life. She is a compassionate, considerate and genuine person, and that shows through all aspects of her life. Anyone with any issue or concern about their body (physical, mental, emotional) should give it a try.
I can assure you that it works!
I suffered tremendous emotional trauma. The incident left me barely able to function. My heart was broken.
When I contacted Judy, I was not certain that these treatments would work but I was willing to try anything.
I know what a caring person she is and we share the same faith in God.
I trusted her completely.
I was amazed at not only the emotional healing but the physical as well.
I had suffered with some physical ailments for years and they went away.
I recommend working with Judy.
After doing some work with her, within 10 minutes later, I was in the kitchen and I heard something in the direction of the hallway so I went to check. Shasta had gone down that hallway completely on her own! And she has continued to go down that hallway on her own every time since, as if nothing had ever been otherwise.
Needless to say, I was very grateful!
Judy followed up by coming to my house for our session. After we prayed together she touched the area of my lower back that gave me the most pain. Within minutes she said, "Something emotional happened with you and a sibling when you were 30-35 years old, you were actually 30 or 31." It was incredible that immediately a memory came to mind of an intensive argument I had with my brother, whom was my closest confidante at that time, in which I ended our phone conversation by stating, "You are no longer my brother!" From that day (30 years ago) until the day Judy, in her blessedness, brought it to the surface, my brother and I were no longer close. Judy asked God to release this emotionally painful burden I carried. I no longer felt the deep pain and to this day, it has vanished!
After that astounding healing, I called my brother, apologizing for the harsh reaction I had made 30 years prior and we shared tears together, both of us opening up our hearts. Recently, I have realized that when I made that cold-hearted statement to my brother, my heart became guarded to all loving relationships I had and that guardedness was removed when I apologized to my brother.
My relationships are healthy and loving now and I feel strongly that I need to give credit to that blessed session with Judy. I realize that many who read this testimony may find it absurd, and all I can say is, "Judy Olson has the touch."
Some things have no explanation but they are still real.
One quirk he had was drinking only out of a running/dripping faucet. Who knows why!?!
He would not drink out of any container of water.
Judy saw him doing this when she was up for a visit and did some work with him.
Within hours later he was drinking out of a water bowl!
I am a person rooted in Faith with a "core" centered in social justice and a belief that how we care for our mind and body determines much of how we can best "serve" and exercise our unique set of gifts and talents in our daily life. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, connections w/ family, "quiet time" to start the day are all central.
Over two years ago I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease. The chronic condition was nearly debilitating. Judy was able to identify some significant factors that contributed to this condition: my body was dehydrated, my sodium counts were very high, my magnetic field was "off" and my emotional struggles as a small child continued to be a heavyweight.
In all honesty I was skeptical about the "magnetic field" language and shortly after, I met someone in the UK with a similar debilitating condition who shared with me that the magnetic bracelet was what shifted her condition. BAM! Wear a bracelet.
Sodium kept to under 1000 mg daily. Drink 80oz of water a day.
If any of my disciplines get off track (often triggered by stress) I reach out to Judy and she identifies what the underlying issues are and within 24 hours or less all is reset.
I believe in healers with the gift to heal but ONLY if they themselves are healthy in mind and body and "do their own personal WORK as well". They must be reflective, humble, self-aware and trustworthy. Judy Olson is all of these.
I am grateful to have her as a significant "healer".
Thank you so much for this!
All of that is spot on, as always!
This is exactly on point.
You know I haven't been sick since you worked with me in June. I used to get sick all the time.
God is sooooo dang good!!
I really am so thankful that the Lord brought you into our lives. The healing and the freedom from your talents God gave you will bless our family for generations!!!
This is soooooo deep!! I needed this so much!!! I'm so thankful!!!
Praise God for healing!!!!!
Recent personal experiences are a huge testimony!!
Tidbits of Truth I've picked up along the way:
Be careful not to dehumanize those you disagree with. In our self-righteousness, we can become the very things we criticize in others ... and not even know it. ~ Be Kind
Faith is the ability to trust what we cannot see.
Faith is willing to take risks, embrace the unseen, step away from the safety of the shore. ~ Mary Southerland
A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for. ~ John She'd
When you start to worry; pray instead.
Climbing the ladder in your work, society or relationship will never lead you to more satisfaction. There will always be another step to take, always another person to surpass. ~ First15
You and I have no right to judge. Consider this rule of thumb: Ask yourself if you'd want to be judged as you have judged others...?
Separate your identity from those who have hurt your heart.
Tell me how you spend your money and your time, and I'll tell you what matters most to you.
To experience the power of forgiveness, we have to quit fishing in the emotional waters of our past. ~ Mary Sutherland
To have a happy heart, practice service and generosity every day.
Don't allow your past to dictate possibilities of your future.
Every time you give - whether that's giving your time, your money, your effort, or your energy - you reveal what matters most to you.
Whatever we have is a gift, and by generously offering back a portion of all we've been given, we experience genuine joy, peace, and security ... which is of far greater value than anything the material world has to offer.
Your beliefs don't make you a better person, your behavior does.
If you think you've got to somehow earn God's love, that's legalism - and it robs you of happiness. Legalism is trusting in what you can do for God instead of trusting in what Jesus has already done for you = freedom!
You earn a living by what you make, but you earn the respect and gratitude of others by what you give out of a loving heart.
We've been granted access to the fullness of life, love, and freedom.
It's easy to lose your joy over some small thing. In fact, it's usually the small irritations - more so than the big issues - that cause you to lose your happiness.
Here's a good question to ask when you're distracted by worthless things: How much will this matter in 100 years from now? You will find that the things you used to care about don't even compare to the joy that comes from having a relationship with Jesus.
The battle of stress in our life begins between our ears...in our thoughts. Think about the things that are good, worthy of praise, true, honorable, right, pure, beautiful and respected.
We have access far greater than a face-to-face encounter like Moses had. We can meet our heavenly Father in our day-to-day life just as Moses did.
When you remove from yourself the burden of appearances, you will experience a joy and peace that cannot be found in any other lifestyle than humility. Caring what people think is exhausting! ~ First15
Use discernment. Love big while holding your own personal healthy boundaries. And Don't Judge! Try compassion and communication with attempt to understand.
Stop having a measuring stick for other people. There is always at least one more fact, which we know nothing about, in every person's situation.
Whatever you ask for in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.
Don't be obsessed with getting your own advantage. Forget yourselves long enough to lend a helping hand.
Reliable friends (people) who do what they say are like cool drinks in sweltering heat - refreshing! Integrity doesn't mean you're perfect. It means you're the real deal because your actions match your words.
No matter what comes your way, you can have peace. Regardless of your circumstances, there is a tranquility, serenity, and calmness that anchors your soul, so that you're not blown about by the winds of adversity and heartache.
We dictate the emotions we feel by what we choose to dwell on and believe. Our minds are a battlefield for our emotions, actions, and desires.
Five minutes of thanksgiving and praise has the power to change the direction of each day.
Take time in guided prayer to practice being grateful and enjoy the fruits of a renewed mind and heart filled with joy and truth.
Life together is a family, a fellowship, and a fight. When we learn to be considerate of other people's needs, fears, and doubts, we will be happier people.
It would help each of us if we do not concern ourselves so much with what we cannot control and cannot predict...not to worry about an unknown future. There's a really good reason why Jesus wants us to look at the birds of the air.
Life is not about things. One of the best ways to learn to love is through generosity - giving your time, money, effort, and energy.
Many people just need to know that someone cares about them and notices them at the heart level.
... "thoughts and prayers" ... It is not so true that "prayer changes things", as that prayer changes ME, and I have been given the power of choice and can be used to change things.
Write injuries in the sand, kindnesses in marble. ~ French Proverb
Everyone needs hope. Everyone needs love from people around them.
We are not to preach the doing of good things; good deeds are not to be preached, they are to be performed. ~ Oswald Chambers
Why, what good does it do and how does it help to ask God to guide your footsteps if you're not willing to do your part and move your feet?
Growing closer to God is much more than just head knowledge - it's a relationship!
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Yet prayer alone will not avail. Faith and works must always be associated. ~ John Harvey Kellogg

Jesus sacrificed being Spirit so that we can know God's love.
Prayer can simply be "breath prayers" throughout the day, talking with God, our Creator.

There is Adventure, Excitement, Joy, Fulfillment, and Love for all who live by Faith.
Stop the "when and then" thinking! ("When ______, then I'd be happy.") Stop excusing and accusing. Stop fretting and fighting over the small stuff.
A woman bought a bag of cookies and sat down in the terminal at the airport. Soon a man came and sat down beside her. The cookies were in between the two of them, unopened. The man reached over, opened the cookies, took one out, and began to eat it. She thought, "What unmitigated gall & nerve that he would do that!" In response, she reached in, got one, ate it herself, & gave him a dirty look. (continued on next one...)
(...continued from last one) He just smiled then reached in and got another. They traded back and forth and with the last cookie, the man broke it in half, took one half, and left her the other half. The woman got on her plane thinking, "I've never seen a person as arrogant as that man was." As she opened her purse, there was her bag of cookies, unopened.
The word "working" in Greek is the word energos, from which we get our word, "energy".

Waiting on our Creator isn't passive or idle. It takes a determined focus on His wisdom, goodness, and faithfulness no matter how challenging a situation may seem.
Faith is the avenue on which we experience the fullness of God's promises: INTIMACY with Him, PURPOSE in this life, and FREEDOM from all trespasses.
Regarding "hot topics" in our society today and maybe wondering what action to take? Consider that there is a marriage between faith and good works.
Every time you're generous with your time, attention, money, talents, etc., a change takes place in you. Every time you give, your heart moves another notch toward more loving.
In relation to "thoughts and prayers" ~ What is our faith if it does not produce action?
You are not alone.
Victor Franki was a Jewish psychiatrist who was taken to one of the death camps in Nazi Germany. All of his family and friends were gassed and murdered. He writes in his book about one day when he stood in front of the Gestapo stark naked. They'd taken away the prisoners' clothes and even Franki's wedding ring. (continued on next one...)
(... cont'd) As he stood there with nothing at all, he suddenly realized there was one thing the Nazis could not take away from him; his choice in how he would respond. You cannot totally control what other people do to you. You cannot control what other people around you say and do. But you can control how you respond. Better to choose to focus on our purpose instead of the problem.
We are given the option to have the Holy Spirit do work in our heart on a level that fills us with the ability and desire to live entirely in faith.
The Truth is, you don't need a big faith to accomplish huge goals. You just need a little faith - in a big God!

Procrastination drains energy while action produces energy.
You are Unique! You are Known! You are Seen!
"...Let it be done just as you believed it would."
Let's be clear: God loves each of us, and the only thing preventing us from experiencing that love is our hesitation to accept it. The Truth is, none of us deserve the Lord's love, and yet He freely gives it anyway. The barrier(s) of doubt etc. will hold as long as the person believes divine love must be earned. It is offered and given freely by our Creator as a result of His Son's death on our behalf.
God's grace and love is my foundation and fuel.
We were created to give and receive love. Love is our highest calling. It's only in living for love that you will truly find peace and purpose. It's only in the giving and receiving of genuine love that you will feel whole and satisfied.
Faith ("thoughts and prayers") without works (action) is dead. Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.
In following Jesus as an example, we are not to spend all our time in the calm waters just inside the harbor, full of joy, but always tied to the dock. If we want to follow Jesus' example, we have to get out past the harbor into the great depths, and begin to know things for ourselves...begin to have spiritual discernment.
It is a dangerous thing to refuse to continue learning and knowing more ... in search of truth.
Forgiveness is instant; trust must be rebuilt over time.
Let love be genuine.
The greatest GIFT you can give somebody is your attention ... your attention is your time, and your time is your life and you will never get those moments back. And that's why it is so precious when you give it.
Don't live to make a good impression on others.
I'm supposed to have joy in my problems and face them head on, trusting I'm not alone in this? Yes.

"I'm a failure." That's not true. I sometimes fail, but that's not who or what I am.
The power of prayer cannot be explained, but the power of prayer can be experienced.
You can pray while you work. Work doesn't stop prayer and prayer doesn't stop work. ~ Mother Teresa
Rubble (emotional baggage, etc) in our past is not meant to stay there. The first step to dealing with it is to be aware of it. It then requires choosing to take action. Talking to God is a great way to start. Nehemiah is an example of this.
There is no such thing as a non-valuable person in God's eyes. He loves every single one of us equally and is personally involved. The proof is in the fact that out of the multiple trillions of people who are (and have been) on this earth, no two of us have the same fingerprint. You are one of a kind and well-loved by the Creator who brought you into being.

It's Faith working through Love.
Well, well, well, if it isn't the consequences of my own actions. ~ Rose Pepper
I discovered God, our Creator, is absolutely real!
I am not some fanatic, Bible-thumping, religious Christian! I am a simple everyday farm-girl-at-heart who has been in the deep valley more than once, where God met me there time and time again, growing in my relationship with Jesus.
Over time I have discovered the Truth ... that God, our Creator is Faithful, Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent, Ineffable, Inscrutable, Transcendent, Immutable, 100% Capable and HIs timing is impeccable!
Consider that in most anything in life, insisting on your rights without acknowledging your responsibilities is more an action of adolescence than freedom.
Prayer is talking with God ... right? So basically what I'm doing in my sessions is having an ongoing prayer talking with God throughout the entire session.

If you look at the world, you'll be distressed. If you look within, you'll be depressed. If you look at Christ, you'll be at rest. ~ Corrie Ten Boom - Holocaust survivor
It's like peeling an onion ... you never know how many layers there are going to be, and the top one needs to be taken off before you can get to the next one and the next one and the next one ... so I seek and depend on God's timing and direction in the process.
Praying is not exclusive to any one person(s). God wants relationship thru prayer/communication with each one of us.

It's in sharing the joy!
Having been a skeptic myself, I was forced to have to ask myself a couple of questions ... What makes you think God is not capable of working in this way? Have you put God in a box by deciding exactly what it is that God can and cannot do?
Vision based on fear rather than faith is going to limit you, setting yourself up for self-defeat.
Walls turned sideways are bridges. ~ Angela Davis
"I'm a loser." That's not true. I'm more than a conqueror through the One who gives me strength.
Are you more of an encourager who cheers others on in the great race of life, or a discourager who trips them up?
"I'm worthless." That's not true. My worth is not based on what others think of me, but on what my Audience of One thinks of me - and He thinks I'm priceless.
True joy comes from serving moreso than status, salary or sex. The issue isn't whether there's something wrong with those things; they just don't deserve first place if wanting to experience true joy and a far greater purpose in each of our lives.
Sometimes the sea is calm, the wind blows softly and the sun is shining and we are sailing along just fine. But sometimes the wind rises, the sky darkens, and we find ourselves amid a terrible storm. And that's the way life is ... sometimes things are good and sometimes things are bad, but there is One who is in control of it all.
You will never hear God say, "Oops, I didn't see that coming." 😉 ~ Sharon Jaynes
I am careful not to confuse excellence with perfection. Excellence, I can reach for; perfection is God's business. ~ Michael J. Fox
Freedom is one of the most prized possessions in all humanity. And it was pursuit of freedom that brought about the very breath of this nation of ours.
It's about consistency in relationship, not religion nor strict, unyielding doctrines.
It is a great thing to tell yourself the truth. Ask yourself: Am I getting nobler, more helpful, more humble, as I get older, or am I getting more self-assertive, more deliberately determined to have my own way?
Life is about love and significance comes from service.
You were made for something greater than yourself. Significance doesn't come from status, salary, or sex. It comes from service.
We are all captives to one thing or another ... even good things like hard work and relationships can keep us in bondage if we're not careful.
If you're going to be diehard loyal, be careful who you're loyal to.
Treat others the way you want to be treated.
In the world wrought with depression and hurt, we have a Father who is the Source of all comfort.
A key to contentment: stop comparing yourself to others.
A key to contentment: enjoy what you have.
A key to contentment: remember life is not about things.
A key to contentment: focus on what will last forever.
Many of us attempt to find worth and identity in what we do - not in Whose we are.
We can change our lives by changing how we think.
The law of reproduction says that you reap what you sow. But the principle of multiplication says that you also always reap more than you sow.

Although grace is free, it didn't come cheap.
Encountering God's presence starts with having faith in what scripture says. Feeling Gods nearness starts with trusting that He's right next to you and wants you to know Him. God doesn't force Himself on us. He doesn't occupy space in our hearts that we choose to fill with other things.
The essential thing is my personal relationship with Jesus.
The remarkable thing about fear in God is that when you fear God you fear nothing else, whereas if you do not fear God you fear everything else.
Shame is a universal destroyer of destinies, dignity & callings. Whispering, "You're the only one", "No one is as bad as you", "If they only knew ...". Shame keeps its victims silent. Jesus removes the reason for shame: it's up to us to walk away from the season of shame. ~ Sharon Jaynes
The Sovereign of the universe has all power to meet every single need you have, to answer your prayers, and to give you direction. He's willing to speak, it's a matter of if you're willing to listen.
What you've known of life this far is not all there is.
The wisdom of the world is not the wisdom of God.
Like a shield, God can only protect us if we're willing to stay behind Him ... waiting on Him and allowing Him to go before us as our Guide. You will only be able to wait on God to the level that you trust Him. To be able to actively trust God, you have to believe He truly has your best interests in mind. He can only help us if we are willing to be helped.
Trust isn't simply a matter of the head, but of the heart.
Choosing to see yourself as you perceive those around you do, will only set you up for heartache.

A smooth sea never made a skillful sailor. ~ Franklin D. Roosevelt
What does the farmer do when he has a barren field that's producing no income? He goes out and starts planting some seeds - because nothing is going to happen until he plants the seed. He can pray all he wants, but it's not going to produce a crop. Planting is an act of faith.
The true test of spirituality occurs when we come up against injustice, degradation, ingratitude, and turmoil. All of which have a tendency to make us spiritually lazy.

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.
Words are powerful ... for the good and for the bad ... creating life or destruction ... destroying or building up. We are wise to choose our words carefully.
Take care to not be so busy getting more, that you don't enjoy what you've got. Avoid getting into the "when and then" thinking ... WHEN this happens, THEN I'll be happy.
Happiness is a choice! It has nothing to do with your circumstances and everything to do with your attitude.
Your choices are a deliberate determination ... not something into which you are automatically drift.
Our resources reach only as far as we can see; God's resources see what we can't see and prepare us for what we don't know is coming. Our resources increase and decrease based on what we face; God is all powerful and remains the same yesterday, today, and forever.

When you worry, you're trying to play God by assuming responsibility for something that God has said He will take care of.
You are loved by One who wants a personal relationship with you.
The first step to becoming a contented person is to stop comparing yourself to others; stop comparing your life to other's lives. Comparison tends to be our human favorite pastime. Desires are not wrong ... but when comparing, can lead to all kinds of problems.
