Tools I Use...

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City in 1985.

Shout Out to fellow Jayhawks, although having gone one year to “rival” Kansas State University, makes me also a Wildcat! 😉

My primary area of focus was working with clients who had been diagnosed with leukemia. I also worked within a range of areas in family practice at the University of Kansas Medical Center. In addition, I have worked in a doctor’s office, as a camp nurse, and in a maximum security prison for men.

Muscle testing is a non-invasive method designed to determine underlying causes of ailments and discomfort – everything from nutritional needs to trapped emotions.

Muscle testing techniques are based on principles of biomagnetic energy. The intent is to pick up on a slight change that takes place in the body.  Your body sways forward and is strong toward truth, positivity or congruency. Conversely, your body sways backward and is weak toward negativity, falsehood, or incongruency.

Our bodies are created to react differently to negative, false or incongruent statements (muscles weakened) versus positive, truthful or congruent statements (muscles strengthened) when tested.

The Emotion Code is a methodology developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson during his years of practice as a holistic chiropractor.

The Emotion Code is an extremely effective method for finding “emotional baggage” that causes dysfunction and disorder in our lives. When emotions become trapped in the body, they can cause feelings of sadness or anxiousness, block people from experiencing love and happiness, or make them feel disconnected from others. Because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of our body, they may exert an influence on physical tissues, potentially leading to acute discomfort and even illness. When one is freed from trapped emotions, emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable, thus helping the body.

It is important to note that the Emotion Code and Body Code are by no means meant to replace the diagnosis, treatment or prescription of a medical professional.

If interested in more information or if interested in becoming certified yourself in the Emotion Code, click on the button below.

The Body Code is an advanced wellness method developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson which can help people with all kinds of issues. It is a patented, revolutionary energy balancing system laid out in an easy-to-follow format as a tool intended to help uncover root causes of discomfort, sickness, and suffering in body and spirit – so corrections can be made on the spot.

The Body Code is beneficial in the 6 primary areas of emotional wellness, body system balance, toxin resolution, pathogen resolution, structural imbalance and nutrition and lifestyle.

The Emotion Code and Body Code process simply helps with becoming free of energy blocks to be freed of, and should be considered a supplement to other modalities.

If interested in more information or if interested in becoming certified yourself in the Body Code, click on the button below.

Prayer is used throughout the entire session.

Contrary to what may appear to be a “fanatic, Bible-thumping, religious Christian”, I have found contrast between “being religious” and “having a relationship”, after having had numerous experiences through my own personal “valleys” in life.  Each time my relationship with Jesus has grown, leading me to now work for an “Audience of One”.

Some primary resources I have found valuable since the beginning of this personal journey, can be found by clicking on the button below.

A Few Examples Of How This Can Be Helpful

One More Thing ...

Switching gears a bit ~ to the more tangible side of life ~ touching on the topic of everyday items we all purchase which also has a present and long-term impact on our overall health.

My R.N. training contributes to my primary focus on a holistic approach to personal health, combined with prevention.

With life as hectic as it is, and with all that’s “out there”, I like shopping at places I have come to trust.

If you also prefer non-toxic, healthy, quality items affordable and safer for the environment, it’s worth going down the virtual aisles where I’ve shopped for 13+ years. They have shown to consistently make decisions in the best interests of the consumer, so I enjoy sharing with others.

To make an informed decision on how best to benefit you and your family, I suggest taking an online tour that doesn’t cost a thing. To schedule a time, send me a message by clicking the button below, so that you can go down those same aisles, and then decide for yourself.

Wrapping Up With Thanks & Appreciation
To Those Who Helped Me Get Here

I am grateful to God, for loving me no matter what and for being persistent, not giving up on me, even through all my questioning.

Thank you to family members who helped with feedback on a few minor changes here-and-there on the website, with a “shout out” to Christine who looked through this website in detail, sharing recommendations.

I appreciate each and every one of you taking the time, as putting together a condensed version of anything was never my forte in school work either! 😉

Here's a good question to ask when you're distracted by worthless things: How much will this matter in 100 years from now? You will find that the things you used to care about don't even compare to the joy that comes from having a relationship with Jesus.

Let's be clear: God loves each of us, and the only thing preventing us from experiencing that love is our hesitation to accept it. The Truth is, none of us deserve the Lord's love, and yet He freely gives it anyway. The barrier(s) of doubt etc. will hold as long as the person believes divine love must be earned. It is offered and given freely by our Creator as a result of His Son's death on our behalf.

Relates to Romans 12:11
